FA 510 Dew Point Sensor

Monitoring a compressed air refrigeration dryer is critical to increase energy efficiency, ensure product quality, prevent damage to machinery, identify maintenance needs, and achieve cost savings. This contributes to the smooth operation of compressed air systems in various industrial applications.

Our sensor technology and evaluation electronics have undergone continuous advancements, leading to enhanced precision under varying ambient conditions and a higher signal resolution. Like their predecessors, the new dew point sensors offer long-lasting, stable, and reliable measurement results. Insensitive to condensation, our sensor element is safeguarded from direct contact with contaminated particles by a robust stainless-steel sintered cap.

High Precision Dew Point Measurement Sensor for Air Dryer Systems
Typical applications:
• Dew point measurement in compressed
air after adsorption dryers, membrane dryers,
and refrigeration dryers.
• Residual moisture/dew point measurement in
gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, etc.
• Residual moisture/dew point measurement
after granulate dryers in the plastics industry.
 

Recommendation:
Mounting with a standard measuring chamber for compressed air up to 16 bar.
