The DC fan units are an indispensable component of the BTS environment control system. They are typically employed for cooling when the mains power fails or when the air-conditioner malfunctions. Utilizing a ventilation system, particularly when there's a significant temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor environments, can help save energy and extend the lifespan of your air-conditioning units.
The TF2 series of DC ventilation systems is a cutting-edge product characterized by substantial ventilation capacity, reliable performance, easy installation, and an attractive design. It can be managed using the HW15 model thermostat or other environmental surveillance controllers.
1. The system employs a DC axial fan, with the option to select an alternative fan type of the same size based on specific requirements.
2. The system comprises both an air-intake unit and an air-outtake unit.
3. The number of fans can be chosen based on the size and heat dissipation needs of the BTS shelter, available in configurations of 2, 3, 4, or 6 fans. The air-outtake unit should have a lower ventilation rate than the air-intake unit to prevent negative pressure.
4. The air-outtake unit can utilize a natural exhaust method without a DC axial fan. The number of exhaust holes can be selected based on requirements, available in 2, 4, or 6 configurations.
1. Enhanced structural design for smooth air flow and high efficiency.
2. Interior installation provides excellent anti-theft protection.
3. Uses a DC 24V motor to drive an eccentric wheel that fully opens or closes the damper, preventing unexpected locks.
4. The filter is easily removable, replaceable, and washable.
5. Fans can be manually activated.
6. Over-travel limit switch to accurately detect the damper position.
7. Fans can be grouped into two sets that operate alternately or together depending on indoor temperature (optional, special feature).
8. The operating frequency of the fans can be monitored (optional, special feature), with an output alarm signal in case of fan failure.
9. Outputs alarm signals for either fan or damper malfunction (optional, special feature).
