DC fan units are a crucial component of the BTS environment control system. They are typically employed for cooling during mains failure or air-conditioner malfunctions. When the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor environments is substantial, utilizing a ventilation system to cool can conserve energy and extend the lifespan of air-conditioners.
The TF2 series of DC ventilation systems is a groundbreaking product that boasts substantial ventilation capability, reliable operation, ease of installation, and an aesthetically pleasing design. It can be controlled via the HW15 model thermostat or other environmental surveillance controllers.
1. Utilizes a DC axial fan. Other fan types of the same size can be selected based on specific requirements.
2. Comprises both air-intake and air-outtake units.
3. The number of fans can be chosen based on the BTS shelter's size and heat release, ranging from 2, 3, 4, to 6 units. The air-outtake unit should have less ventilation than the air-intake unit to avoid negative pressure.
4. The air-outtake unit can employ a natural exhaust method without a DC axial fan. The number of exhaust holes can be selected as required, either 2, 4, or 6.
1. Enhanced structural design for smooth airflow and high efficiency.
2. Internal installation provides excellent anti-theft performance.
3. Equipped with a DC 24V motor to drive an eccentric wheel, ensuring the damper opens and closes completely, preventing unexpected locks.
4. Easily removable and washable changeable filter.
5. Manual fan activation capability.
6. Over-travel limit switch to detect damper position.
7. Fans can be divided into two groups, operating alternately or together depending on indoor temperature (optional, special function).
8. Fan operation frequency detection is available (optional, special function), with an alarm output signal for fan failure.
9. Outputs fan alarm or damper malfunction signal (optional, special function).
