The DC fan units play a pivotal role in the BTS environment control system, primarily engaged in cooling operations when the mains fail or the air conditioner malfunctions. When there is a significant temperature differential between indoor and outdoor settings, the ventilation system steps in to provide efficient cooling, enhancing energy savings and prolonging the lifespan of the air conditioner.
The TF2 series of DC ventilation systems represent a cutting-edge solution, characterized by substantial ventilation capacity, reliable operation, easy installation, and an aesthetically pleasing design. This system can be managed through the HW15 model thermostat or other environmental surveillance controllers.
1. Utilizes DC axial fans, with options to select alternative fan types of the same size based on specific requirements.
2. Comprises both air intake and air outtake units.
3. The number of fans can be chosen based on the size and heat release of the BTS shelter, with options ranging from 2 to 6 units. The air outtake unit's ventilation should be less than that of the air intake unit to prevent negative pressure.
4. The air outtake unit can utilize natural exhaust methods without a DC axial fan. The number of exhaust holes can be selected based on requirements, with options for 2, 4, or 6.
1. Enhanced structural design for smooth airflow and high efficiency.
2. Installs from the inside, providing excellent anti-theft features.
3. Employs a DC 24V motor to drive an eccentric wheel, ensuring the damper opens and closes completely to avoid unexpected locks.
4. The filter is easily changeable and washable, facilitating maintenance.
5. Manual fan start functionality.
6. Over-travel limit switch for precise damper position detection.
7. Fans can be divided into two groups, operating alternately or together based on indoor temperature (optional special function).
8. Optional feature to detect fan work frequency, with alarm output for fan failures.
9. Optional alarm output for fan or damper malfunctions.
