Our DC48V Fan Units are a vital component of BTS environment control systems, specifically designed to provide efficient cooling when mains power fails or when air-conditioning systems experience faults. By leveraging the temperature differential between indoor and outdoor environments, our ventilation systems significantly reduce energy consumption and extend the lifespan of traditional air-conditioning units.
Introducing the TF2 Series DC Ventilation System-a breakthrough in environmental control technology. This innovative product boasts exceptional ventilation capabilities, reliable performance, easy installation, and an aesthetically pleasing design. The system can be seamlessly controlled via the HW15 model thermostat or other advanced environmental monitoring controllers.
1. Equipped with a DC axial fan, our system offers the flexibility to select alternative fan types of the same size to meet specific requirements.
2. Includes both air-intake and air-outtake units for comprehensive ventilation.
3. Customize the number of fans based on the BTS shelter's size and heat release, choosing from 2, 3, 4, or 6 fans. The air-outtake unit's ventilation should be less than the air-intake unit to prevent negative pressure.
4. The air-outtake unit can utilize a natural exhaust method without the need for a DC axial fan. Adjust the number of exhaust holes as needed, selecting from 2, 4, or 6 holes.
1. Enhanced structural design for smooth airflow and high efficiency.
2. Internal installation ensures superior anti-theft performance.
3. A DC 24V motor drives the eccentric wheel for complete damper operation, preventing unexpected locks.
4. Easily removable and washable filters for straightforward maintenance.
5. Manual fan activation available for added control.
6. Over-travel limit switch accurately detects damper positions.
7. Fans can be divided into two groups to operate alternately or simultaneously based on indoor temperatures (optional, special feature).
8. Optional fan frequency detection to output alarm signals in case of fan failures (optional, special feature).
9. Optional output for fan or damper malfunction alarms (optional, special feature).
