Product Description

1. Principle

Model SW6 water leak switch uses electrode detection method to detect if there is water on the floor. It can prevent flooding and property damage by water leak. It's a special module adopting resistance change when electrode in water, and uses special IC to amplify, compare, and output high level signal. Output a N.C or N.O signal via relay and the alarm beeps when there's water detected. The built-in Wifi module can connect with Smart-life App. When there's alarm, the App will send an alarm message.

3. Work status indicators and buttons

After powered on, the "Power" indicator will be lit green;

When water leak detected, the "Alarm" indicator will be lit red;

Press "Test" button can activate water leak alarm and the "Alarm" indicator will be lit red;

Press "Reset" button can return back to standby state.

4. Wifi connection

l Power on the water leak sensor and the sensor will enter into Wifi pairing mode.

l Turn on the Bluetooth function on the mobile phone and select 2.4G HZ Wifi signal(if the Wifi mode is Band steering or Dual-band integration, can manually change the Wifi mode). Open the Smart Life App and add device. It will search nearby devices and add automatically. You can also add the device manually step-by-step according to instructions.

l When water leak detected, you will get alarm information from the Smart-life APP.

l Press the "Reset" button continuously for 5 seconds can unbind the sensor from the Smart-life APP.

Sensor with a 5-core cable, length is 2 meters, the definition for each wire list in following table.
