Product Description

The S520 portable dew point meter is a handheld device that makes it easy to measure compressed air and industrial gases in the field. With its advanced dew point technology, the S520 can perform dew point monitoring at the gas point, which is the first step towards ensuring high standards of compressed air quality and cleanliness.

The S520 combines the QCM and polymer sensor to measure the dew point from -100 °C Td to +20 °C Td without loss of accuracy. A built-in pressure sensor converts the measurement to any desired humidity value, such as ppm(v) or atmospheric dew point.

The S520 portable dew point meter supports a unique dew point final value prediction algorithm. Based on the dew point measurement curve, the algorithm can predict the final value before reaching the final value. This feature enables users to predict final dew point values in the shortest possible time, helping field engineers save time and perform dew point verification faster.

S520 built-in unique dew point final measurement prediction algorithm.
Based on the dew point measurement curve, the algorithm can predict the final measurement value before it is actually reached.
This feature enables users to predict the final dew point measurement in the shortest time possible, saving field engineers time and completing dew point audits faster. 

Intelligent function
The dew point final measurement prediction is part of the optional S520 Smart feature pack, which also includes a 5-megapixel camera and snapshot function for quick recording of measurement results.
